Find your source of energy that keeps you in motion and boost your creative genius

Updated: Mar 31, 2020

At the end of the week, I like to write down the positive things, small successes, that brightened my days. Remembering this, gives me that little positive boost to begin with a new and fresh perspective. A small success could be, for example, that you took the time to read the first five pages of your favorite book or that you had an incredible time with your children in the park.

Why do I do this? I do this because, when I make this reflection at the end of the week for example, I have noticed the difference when taking into account those beautiful moments. It makes me feel good if I had a bad day, for example. Explaining this figuratively with a picture, it's like having my favorite smoothie after a tiring day. My energy is set in motion, for instance, in these days of quarantine, when it is difficult to stay motivated, it is also a great opportunity to create your own routine that best suits your personality.

To create your own routine...

find something that thrives you. For me is my dream to paint professionally to become an artist and finding a new structure that gives me clarity and new ideas. I love to feel creative and organized. The last one is difficult for me :-).

My favorite activities that gave me energy and motivation last days were:

  1. Doing yoga in the morning (alone and with my son)

  2. Journaling

  3. Cooking healthy for me and my family

  4. Relax and enjoying the sunshine on my face

  5. Running

  6. Playing frisbee with my family

  7. Take a nap when I can :-)

  8. Learning something new

  9. In general moving! gives me so much inspiration and energy

Want to try?

If you need ideas I am happy to inspire you :-)

With love,

Katty
